Hello! My name is Ace Antonio and I'm the founder of Campus Life Experiential. I’ve been programming and advising in student life for over 10 years. I believe in the impact of transformative advising, particularly among college programmers and student leaders engaging in live events as a part of their educational and professional journey.
In the last 10+ years, I’ve worked with dozens of student leaders in producing hundreds of events in service of up to 40,000+ annual attendees. I’ve managed large scale programming budgets in excess of $1.3mil and have led operations for one of the biggest collegiate festivals in the United States. Most importantly, I've seen many of these student leaders develop in unbelievable ways and begin careers at some of the leading companies across live music, entertainment and hospitality, citing their event planning experiences and our student/advisor relationship as a core growth factor.
However, in that time, I've also developed a deep understanding of the complexities of university programming and the unique challenges student life advisors face: events are increasingly complex, college students engage differently and advisors are expected to do more than ever before.
I started CLX to address those needs through event expertise and a focus on the student learning experience so that student leaders are nurtured to grow in their roles, advisors are supported in their very specific needs, and institutions are empowered to create meaningful experiences that foster student growth and a vibrant campus life.
